I'd rather have smaller boobs anyway. If I so much as look at a McDonalds sign my boobs bump up a cup size. I'm carrying around over a stone in weight on my chest, it makes the rest of my body look huge too and there are so many clothes I can't wear.

Teared up a little reading this... I always feel like the fat girl at the gym, it takes a lot of courage for me to leave the locker room because I feel like everyone stares at me sweating and panting, thinking that I don't belong there. I will remember these words next time!

I tend to think of it in terms of "is this food or is this a product?" and it usually keeps me right.

I used to drink 2-3 cups a day when I was thin, it is meant to have health benefits and is quite refreshing.

5lbs is a great achievement, you should be focusing on what you have achieved rather than what you feel like you haven't. Stay positive, enjoy feeling better and healthier and stick at it. Congratulations and good luck!

At the moment I am at a point of such despair because I have gained so much weight that I work out every day, I am desperate to lose the weight as soon as possible because at the moment I only leave the house for work and the gym/runs/cycling... I am too embarrassed to be in social situations at my size.
