I try to get in at least 30-60 min of cardio a day & then I may squeeze in some strength training maybe 3-4 days a week if my schedule allows for it! I have 3 kiddos so my schedule is worked around theirs. :) I would love to do more, but right now, I just can't fit it in! I do use my kiddos for exercise minions as well…

I know what you mean. I have children & a husband that all eat things that I can't have. It is incredibly tempting. It took me a little while without it to be able to say "No" while they're all saying "Yes". Instead of cooking their foods & eating with them, I learned to fix myself something & eat BEFORE I cook their food.…

You must be from the south like me!! Lol That's exactly the way I eat mine too!! I grew up eating them that way! Like you said, I can't eat a hotdog without some cole slaw!! Pure deliciousness! :tongue:
