We've been told many times not to focus on weight loss, that's just a number. We should focus on our overall health and appearance. Muscles weigh more than fat. So you may weigh more even though you are slimming down. Your fit test says it all. You're definitely in better shape than before. Keep it up! : )

My husband sees me everyday so it's harder for him to notice if I have lost any weight. Last night, when he wrapped his arms around my waist he'd noticed that it's smaller.

I'm on my 2nd week, 2nd day. The routines are definitely a lot easier to complete now compared to the first day. I've noticed that my body is getting stronger already. The first time doing Plyo Cardio, I couldn't keep up with the warm ups and skipped most of the push-ups. Last night, I was able to do most of the push-ups…

Totally agree. So, you and I are on the same schedule. Can't wait to do my Cardio recovery workout tonight. I was okay, but my husband almost puked. He is doing the Insanity workouts with me, but only every other day. I do feel a little stronger than the first day.

Just did my first Plyometric Cardio Circuit workout last night. I've limping all day. Couldn't do most of the push up routines.

Totally agree. The push ups are by far the hardest part of the workouts.
