my list consist of frozen chicken breast, birds eye brocolli, birds eye green beans, brown rice cups for work, ground chicken,apple, peanut butter, eggs, salds from deli for easy quick meals, strawberries, bananas, oranges, grapes. Hope this helps some.

Zumba is fantastic if you like dancing! I love it! If I had time to do it everyday two hours a day I would!! Go for it!!

i have a microwave egg poacher while i make lunches i stick the 2 eggs in the microwave for 1 min 30 sec. the orowheat thins are 100 calories. canadian bacon is low in calories and a slice of cheese. all of this together makes a great sandwich!! low in calories mmm

they have all their calories in their menus or the drink menus an order of cheesesticks has 900 calories don't remember how many calories they have but when you go in it has it on the drink menu in the back.
