Along with some of the advice above (more protein, more fat, more water) you need to remember that cutting calories sucks at first and then you get used to it. I put my eggs in about an inch and a half of cool water and boil them uncovered. I then completely forget about them until all of the water has evaporated and I start smelling the hot pan and/or burnt egg. Fully cooked eggs every time!

You can also do some trial and error. I work in a distribution center and get 10,000 steps a day and have an active toddler. However, if I eat at the lightly active level I lose very slowly so for now I put myself as sedentary. Try it for a month and then adjust.

I wasn't logging when I was on Zoloft, but when I look at my pictures I cam see that I was heavier. Zoloft also made me very sleepy. One I switched to Wellbutrin I have more energy and it seems easier to lose weight. That's not proof of anything, though.

I would log it so you can see the ugly stuff. As long as I'm logging I tend to make healthier choices because I don't want to see them.
