I am on here a lot as well. I enjoy seeing people posts their daily accomplishments with exercising and the food diary. The motivation I get from people on here feels genuine compared to FB.

I just got my Insanity Dvd's in the mail. I need to finish up reading the materials on the meals and then I will be ready to get started.

I have ran 2 5k's last year. I am currently trying to get in 10-15 miles a week and I will begin training for the half marathon in June (the Marathon is in October).

I have a reward when I am half way to goal as well as when I finally reach goal. My halfway goal is to get a tattoo in the shape of a butterfly with my children's name and birthdays. My final goal is to get my motorcycle licenses and get a motorcycle.

I am watching what I eat and exercising. I have about 70 lbs that I need to lose overall. However, I have set myself a goal to lose 5 lbs by May 5.

Do you wear a pedometer? I have worn one for two weeks and I find myself trying to reach a certain amount of steps before I go to bed. Even cleaning the house helps burn calories. If you have stairs at work, you could try to take them instead of the elevator. You could park a little further out when going to the grocery…
