I use Mrs. Dash's, chipotle, lemon-pepper, garlic, onion n herbs, spicy and sea salt seasonings on everything. Oh and a squeeze of lime and lemon juice, sometimes topped with cilantro.

I have been craving chips and sweets like crazy. Honestly I just give in, but I just try to eat a very small portion and chug water. If I give in to chips then I will try to have some protein to go with it so I get full, and not eat the whole bag.

I worked out today at 5 AM so I started early, I was done with my gallon by 5 pm, and I'm working on a bottle right now. By 8 pm I will have drank 18-19 cups of water today. I go to the restroom every 40 minutes--I timed it. I stop drinking at 8 pm because I want to be able to sleep!
