By the way... If you're looking for some good proteins, I keep cans of pinto beans and black beans on hand. High in protein.

Not sure of your goals... But if it is serious weight loss, like 50 pounds or more, I'll tell you like my doctor told me.... Ignore every column on myfitnesspal except calories. Once you get to the goal, then you can play with the others....
