The thing is I took off sat & sun instead of only 1 day this past wk......it was a longer workout too....but maybe my form was off

I started losing in july & have lost 18lbs, these last few lbs just want to stick around!! Keep at it, it WILL pay off

I get this too when I tell ppl I want to lose 8-10 more lbs I am currently 130.4 today!! I want to maintain 120-125! I was this pre-preggo wt so I know I can get there again

This!! ANd if you're exercising you need lots of water!!! I can tell w/ my losses if I'm not losing it's b/c I need to drink more water

I'm 5'3" & I was 115 in highschool. 123 before first pregnancy. Now anywhere between 129-132. I want to weigh 120's again. & stay there!! I think I'd be too thin at 110

I think I may start today. I hurt my back last week but it's feeling better today. I have insanity but until we get a tv put downstairs my husband doesn't like me jumping around at 530 am in the office (I feel like I can't do the moves well while kids are still sleeping). Glad you're back Jenn!! I've sorta fallen off the wagon. We are getting ready to move in a week, so I've been stress eating & drinking! Kids off from school is bound to make me lose my mind...hence the wine!

I went from a size 8 down to a 2 in Ann taylor loft brand & I can wear a 4 in other brands!! I've been a S-M shirt & now can fit comfortably in a small & some XS!!

Well I was 134 on Sun & today I'm 131 even!!!!! Started insanity this week & it's working I think!! Finally over the plateau I hope!!!
