  • I have been running for the last few months to get in shape. I'll start March with a goal of 50 miles. I've been running on a treadmill since I live in MN. But with the weather starting to turn, I can run outside more. I have a 7K coming up on March 12. (My 1st one).
  • It's hard to stay motivated. Especially when there's several feet of snow outside. I work out several times a week and do well during the day at work. It's evenings at home when I lapse.
