p90x and insanity are all home based and need little to no equipment. Also, turning up music dancing and throwing in some burpees, sit ups, squats, and pushups and can do wonders if you need to stay home and work out for a little while

I'm 5'4" (if you round!) and I hover around 125 after losing 25 lbs. I think to lose more body fat my trainer wants me to gain 5lbs of muscle--said I'll look like I weigh 115 but will actually weigh closer to 130. That's the plan at least. :)
