Anything is ok to start out with - Dont work yourself to the point where you give up - but everyone needs to start somewhere.

you CAN eat too much of anything... It would be really hard with veggies though... excluding carrots/corn/potatos (if you consider that a veggie)

Meh, I would prefer to work out and add muscle... I would like to lean out to about 23% body fat eventually but working out makes me feel better mentally and physically - If I have a little extra cushion in the mean time - I'm not terribly upset about it. I am still within healthy range for women.

I am 5'10, 26, weigh 174 and am at 28% bf Do you really have to eat back all of your calories to gain muscle if you are still getting adequate protein? I am not arguing, I just really want to know.

I also think I underestimate my portions, so it's probably a little higher. I am used to eating like a teenage boy so I have significantly improved my habits.

Yea just take some vitamins...and maybe youre just really dehydrated.... that could cause low potassium - make sure youre getting adequate water and salt - believe it or not, if you drink tons of water - its gonna wash all your vitamins and minerals out... i used to do that and i would become dehydrated and get muscle…

I can think of very few instances in which it is ok for someone to be fat....Idk.... fat shaming? really? being fat is bad for you...what do you expect? just like smoking is bad for you....anorexia is bad for you....idk just seems stupid

I think you are over thinking it. Most of what weight goes away after cooking is all from water - it evaporates.

yea - totally fine- just make sure you eat enough - drinking enough water, getting plenty of sleep, and avoid over-exhaustion - remember to rest every once in a while!

youre going to feel horrible for a while - think of it as "detoxing" you're not used to not having the extra sugar etc. It will get better - promise! then you'll feel great. Just gotta tough it out for the time being :-/
