drink a giant glass of water before you go to bed, stay hydrated throughout the day and eat something with carbs 1.5 hours before you work out. tada - you're cured.

eat more. I think i would literally wither away to nothing if i ate 1200 calories a day. I would be hangry and my hubby would hate me.

You can't spot treat. You just have to keep plugging away at eating right and exercise and it will eventually fade. Is it flabby jiggly stomach fat or is it kind of hard? The "hard" kind is more dangerous as that means a lot of it is beneath your abdominal wall surrounding your organs.

You don't need to be "filled up" - you just need to get rid of the hunger pain - if it comes back in a little while - eat something else small. Try eating a banana and drinking a giant glass of water. Eat protein, moderate healthy fats and slow burning carbs. Sugar tends to leave you especially dissatisfied.
