I have no hips and I cannot lie
I have no hips. I really want curves and as my sister kindly points out ALOT
I have no hips I am straight down from the sides.
Is there a way of shaping that area I do still have alot of fat around my waist
but even when I was slim I didn't have hips.
Any tips or advise or is it just the way I am?

P.S I want to lose weight but still be curvy not skinny0

Corset training. Do some proper research along with safety and precautions. It takes a while to "train". Good luck.0

You are what you are. Lose your body fat and learn to love yourself the way you're built.0

Also, thanks for putting this song in my head for the rest of the day..0 -

Can't change your genes, sorry. Build up your glutes if you want some curves.
Don't let anybody tell you your body is missing something, it has everything it was intended to.0 -
Hopefully once I reached my weight goal I might feel differently. but hearing
my sister go on is annoying.0 -
Thanks tho guys0

If you're referring to the corset training, I'm confident that was said in sarcasm. Don't do that.0 -

I am built the same way and as frustrating as it is just for jean shopping. I am just learning to be okay with how I was made.0 -
do you find your jeans keep sliding down?0

I know this doesn't answer your question, but hopefully it helps. In my experience, women who work to build the kind of body that is strong and athletic looking tend to look amazing regardless of what natural body shape their genetics left them with.0

I have small hips as well. My doctor said something along the lines of, "Childbirth will be rather unpleasant for you." I suppose this is in addition to the usual unpleasantness of childbirth. So I am looking forward to that some day!0

I originally thought this said, " I have no nips, and I cannot lie."0

Well you can't change you genetic structure (hip width) but you can visually enhance it. Build "wider" shoulders, reduce your waist size, and it will "look" like you have more curves.

I have no hips either, and I gave birth to Baby Huey, and it did not change them.
Just love you!
Just because we are not built like Jessica Rabbit does not mean we have to body bash!0 -
Have a baby, lol. It spread my hips a good 4", changing me from "banana" shaped to the perfect hourglass. 36/27/360

Send me your address and I will mail you some inches from my hips. I have enough to share and am in a giving mood.0 -
I too have no hips...and I'm fine with it!! I also have a small bewbie area and small derrier. It's all well shaped so who cares? Different strokes for different folks! :bigsmile:0

I feel ya. I am still waiting for the day when my waist is finally smaller than my hips, but that isn't happening anytime soon, as I just keep losing from what little hips I have left. But eventually the weight will HAVE to come off my waist.
So enjoy the athletic build as someone else pointed out. We have awesome legs!
ETA and birthing 3 babies didn't change a thing! Just added more belly.0 -
You can have some of mine.
I am all hips.0 -
Sorry kiddo, you just didnt get the curvy gene! I am curvy and my sister is straight up and down and we both have our issues with it but she knows how to dress her body type to make her appear to have a more feminine figure but she doesn't need to. The best female athletes in the world are all straight up and down... so I wouldnt worry about it so much and just tell your sister to shut up.0

Ugh same here! Even at my highest weight I didn't have curves. No hips, no butt I just try not to focus on that and instead focus on the fact that I have semi-decent boobs and killer legs! It's all about the positives0
-
Well I have small hips but.... enough butt to share?? Don't take my boobs though, I need those!!0
-
chest size has dropped since losing weight which im happy about ♡
and yh my legs........ I do love my legs thats one thing I can say happily.
oh n forgot to mention apparently I have no butt and yet OH says opposite
he loves it........... im assuming my sister means I dont stick out my butt mayb?
(because she does for some reason)
if only my tummy fat would move down to my hips and bum0
