Well - I'm a bad example - I have half of my closet with clothes that doesn't fit and I though - just a little weight loss and I will fit in. Well - they are hanging there already 1 to 3 years, never worn.

I get irritated very fast during first month of weight loss or even longer. Especially weird is that I feel anger towards fat people eating cakes and candies, my nutritionist said that it is from fear of doing the same

I mainly don't eat anything about hour before workout, because then it's easier and healthier to exercise. I also don't eat anything hour after workout - you know - then your body continues to burn fat. That's why I often eat breakfast at work.

Is there some tips how to prevent them? I'm starting to loose weight and I'm using body lotion every evening, and sometimes dietary supplement that contains extra collagen, what else?

About judging - true. I always remind myself that only unhappy people judge others and say bad things or rude comments. I need to remind myself things I hate about being overweighted when I start to loose my motivation and a moment of satisfaction gets more important than goal.

I agree - i have to think of it as my new lifestyle as I will never be allowed to eat easy sugars. Well - it a way to go, but not easy for such sweets-lover as me :)

Well - my doctor forbid me to eat any kind of easy sugars, anything that contains sugar or flour, even i have to be careful with fruits and juices. While I was following his prescriptions, I was feeling great, but then was a thought - maybe he was wrong and I could eat anything I like :) However - I'm trying now to stay…
