  • I feel it the day after. Really sore arms and wrists. I did 10 pushups (not girly ones but also not full range of depth) and 10 pull ups (chair assist). I loved the burnout but didn't get the idea of 1-3 so I did 2-3. :) Burnt 270kcal and some frustration!
  • Do I have a different schedule? Mine says Day4 is The Challenge...confused
  • I enjoyed AgilityX. For me it was far better than Insanity and T25 since I have weak Plantar Fascia on both my feet and while Agility X didn't cause any pain in my feet, Insanity/T25 gave me unbearable pain. SO I think, Agility X is great for people with weak feet and knees. 350 calories burnt and lungs feeling well…

  • Day One: Total Synergistics was awesome! Challenging moves...looking forward to getting better at them every week. Day two: Today however I did AgilityX and that rocked too! The Plyo push-ups killed! (All the exclamations indicate post exercise high!!)
  • Woot! Woot! Week1 Day1 for me! Total Synergistics kicked my total body. 250cal burnt. Any one know a beginner shortcut for the "Flip Flop crunch"? I was able to wobble through only 2 on each side :(
