No, it is not possible. When you lose fat, you will always lose a little bit of muscle and weight with it. All you can do is try to eat lots of protein, lift heavy and try to keep as much muscle as possible.

I do a similar version to this. I don't necessarily eat dinner foods in the morning but I eat my biggest meal of the day for breakfast.

This is not a gimmick. The phrase "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper" has always been taught in the Asian culture. It is also about forming good habits.
