It is a 90 day program and I completed it in 12 weeks.

I just finished ChaLEAN last week and I lost 24lbs and 30.75 inches. I loved the program and absolutely suggest it.

My favorite is the Tag Pic Pac. I have them add some red pepper flakes to make it slightly spicy. Super YUM!

1. Log all Food and Exercise (calories in vs. calories out) 2. Find your SoulMate Workout 3. Strength Training 3 times a week 4. Take Pictures and Measurements! They will inspire you. Since 2 and 3 are pretty similar I added the 4th.

My NEW drink is Vodka, Club Soda and MIO. I bring along the MIO when going out and just squeeze a little into a Vodka and Club.

Not sure by the post what is making it uncomfortable but if it is because they don't lay on your shoulder then you can use a dish towel as a "cushion". Another option would be to use the resistant bands in any exercise you you do not feel comfortable with the weights. I used them for the first 2 weeks of the Burn Phase and…

I am currently doing Chalean Extreme and love it. I decided that P90X may be a bit too much for the weight I was at. I am at my 60 day mark and have done awesome. I have an eGo-T and get my supplies from ecigsupply.com. My favorite flavors are Cherry Cola, Cappuccino, and Dragon fruit. I got my e-cig back at the end of Feb and have not had a Camel LIGHT(blue) since.
