Running 5mph would be songs at 130bpm. Jog.fm is an awesome site that will do the calculations for you and give you examples of songs.

My birthday is coming up in a week or so and I will be trying the Diet Soda Cake. It is one can diet soda mixed and baked with a cake mix of your choice. My first round I started March of Last Year. I was 225lbs. The Burn phase I lost 7 inches and 6lbs. The Push phase I lost 11.75 inches and 8.2lbs. The Lean phase I lost 12 inches and 9.8lbs. I'm starting my second round of CLX in Jan. I use the adjustable weights now but started last time with the bands. Personally, I would wait to purchase new weights and look for a deal on adjustable weights. They are a great space saver.

A friend of mine dressed as static cling last year. She pinned bras, panties, kids shirts etc to her. EDIT: And she teased her hair! It was pretty funny!

Scan the menu and mix and match based on what you feel are better choices. If the fish you want has potatoes as a side and the beef has veggies... then just ask for the Fish with veggies. Most places are more than happy to accommodate you.

Pop Chips are my favorite munchie food. They are air popped potato chips and they run about 120 calories for 20 chips. LOVE THEM!

starting this off with IMO...... Coaching is a great option or "opportunity" for someone that talks about and uses the Beachbody products. Plus, as a coach, you get a discount AND you have the option to support others through their journey on the product. Kinda a win-win for both parties if you are fond of the products…
