Thats just it, its easy to make high calories with chocolate and crisps and bad food and still be hungry. But try being stricter with your diet eating nothing but lean meats and fruit/veg and I can almost promise you that 3000 calories will be a struggle.

Make sure that your are not getting dehydrated from all that gym workout, if you are then you will be holding alot of water weight right now. Each pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories basically. If you cut your calories by 500 each day. You will loose 1lb a week. Trick is to never go above 500-1000 daily deficit depending on your size and weight
