Definately 100% whey protein, to feed your muscles post work out! I've also used USN and Maxitone Diet whey protein shakes, just add water, they taste great and have added things like green tea to boost metabolism even further! Plus protein keeps you fuller, and stops you reaching for the biscuit tin in the evening!!

This is a great idea, im on board! I know i've done really well to lose the weight i have and keep it off, but seem to have reached a plateau which is frustrating, so a weekly weigh in and chart sounds like a great motivating idea!

I bought "the workout mix 2012" from itunes, which has some really great tracks on it and i think its great value for money - keeps me motivated on my runs, and it has a 30 minute aerobics workout which i can watch from my itunes on my Macbook and its actually quite a good basic workout.
