I haven't really cut much out because I don't want cravings, I just eat in moderation, never been much of a soda person, but I do drink beer and wine that I try to log in when I remember, but I can't cut out beer and Chinese food (which I would like to know some healthy options)

Thanks, I just get so excited because I've lost about 20 pounds in two months so I like to see it all of the time, but then when I see it go up I feel like I've messed something up, I'll just have to stop myself from daily weighing, and cut down to once a week, I'll probably be happier with what I see
