Oh - I just got this nifty microwave egg poacher. It's fast and works great. A poached egg on a piece of hot, whole wheat toast with a pat of butter and some freshly ground salt and pepper. Yum.

Sounds boring and tasteless. I'm afraid you will be irritable, lightheaded, dizzy when you work out and end up going off your diet and eating everything in site. I'd sooner count calories and choose foods I know will nourish me and fill me up.
