It's really not when you take in to account that you burn about 1500 calories naturally a day without doing much. So your body needs those calories to stay healthy and nourished and to have the energy you need. If you feel like it's too much, lower it by 100 or 200 calories. Thank you! I absolutely love the Nature Valley Bars and Fiber One bars. They are my favorite snack! And I love Yoplait yogurts now that they don't have any high fructose corn syrup anymore! I hope that we can stay in touch too! Just feel free to message me any time!

Wow, I didn't expect this many supporters! But thank you so much everyone! It really helped me out. I think I am definitely going to try the couch to 5k idea. Running 30 seconds then walking then running sounds doable for me! (:
