19 here - I'll probably add a lot of you in the next few days. :D Feel free to add me, I believe that my diary is open...not sure...let me know if it isn't.

Did my first class today - starter Kettlebells. Definitely going to make it a regular thing! I was sweating and my legs were jelly by the end of it but the instructor helped me push myself past where I push myself in the gym while still being safe and not going too far. :D

Well done! You look amazing!

I havn't read all of the previous posts so I'm sure I'm just repeating what everyone else has said. But I'm going to say it anyway. Feel free to start at home if you like, though classes are really good to make sure you have proper technique, or a personal trainer if you can afford one. However - if you do go to the gym…

Hi hun, I know exactly how you feel, or at least as close as anyone else will get. I have an anxiety disorder that is fuelled by the fear of failure and people judging me. I can't even study in my uni library because I think people who are further through their degree then I am will be sat there laughing because I don't…

Doesn't stop you having a thin based veggie supreme. That's my poison (alright, I go deep pan, but as long as you make room for those calories in another way like, not having that extra sausage or whatever (not saying that pizza=sausage calorie wise, just that if you want to be able to eat that big gooey slice of pizza…

I am in - will start tomorrow. Don't know how keeping count will go once I get past 60 though, I tend to lose concentration.

Not a fan of greek or plain yoghurt - I tend to drizzle a little bit of honey over the top and that sweetens it up, as long as you plan it into your daily calories it's not the end of the world. Especially if it means you get more portions of fruit eaten.

I was a pescetarian for nearly 7 years then I made the drunken decision that "This place has naff chips. I'm having chicken.".... I wasn't ill at all. Since then I have eaten chicken out if the vegetarian option has not been something that I can stomach, or if I'm having a bad day IBS wise (dairy sets me off big style and…

Well done!! You've achieved so much. :)

No worries. :) She isn't no. I also second part of what crimsoncat said. There is always a full fruit bowl around my house (except maybe the day before shopping day.) full of fruit that my Mum knows everyone likes and fruit is always suggested first as a dessert idea. Worry less about how much your sons eating and more…

I was always slightly underweight at his age (I'm only just 19 so it wasn't that long ago) but to be honest it never really did me any harm. As long as he isn't ill because of his weight and/or diet or showing signs of an ED I'd just keep feeding him a healthy diet and let him eat as much as he needs until he is full. Your…

I started in february and then was run down with a hacking cough that is still lingering (saw the Doc last month and was told that it didn't sound like anything to worry about, come back in May if it's still there....) but as the weather is getting warmer *touch wood* I may start again when I get back to my uni halls.

Thank you for the welcome. :) My username is a combination of 3 tv shows that I adore. Supernatural (which I have only just discovered and have had to limit myself to watching the episodes online as a reward for working), Dr Who and Sherlock. And also the year I was born. All of my usual usernames were taken. :L xx

I'm a shiny new member too, just joined today, I'm hoping that logging how much (or little...) I exercise will make me more active. Add me if you like. :)

Add me if you like, I do plan to be on here every day internet access permitting. :)

Show that boy the door. If he's belittling you and sleeping around then he just isn't worth it. My boyfriend has assured me that he would love me if I put weight on or not, and I feel the same. If he really loved you and was concerned then he'd be encouraging you to make healthier lifestyle choices and not shouting abuse.
