Joining a bit late, so will aim for the 2lb a week goal. I'm currently 142lbs, so aim to be 136lbs by 1st April. So far I'm sticking to the 1200 calorie a day rule, but weight loss is very slow (1-2lbs a week). This week I even put on a pound despite being under my calorie goal!
