was able to get day 2 in after work. The end set kills my arms (having to raise them eye level!) AHH, thats when I scream back at Jill! Sometimes the 5 lbs i use feel too light and sometimes too heavy. Does anyone switch up the lbs for different exercises? Or is it better to stick it out with the same ones all around? BTW-…

oops- I was laughing too hard at your post!!! I have had her 5 DVD workouts for a while and i am awaiting the 30 day shred in the mail now... I am fearful after hearing what everyone has to say about this!!! I too will have to purchase a HRM and see how bad she kills me!

I too am a lover of sleep and my bed! I try to motivate myself as I go to sleep the night before- even get a song ready on the ipod or plan what my workout will be (run outside, etc.). for me it is a lot of mental motivation to get and keep me going. GOOD LUCK!
