i remember i used to get that too. i tried loosening my laces (but not too much) and also trying not to press toes against the "toe base". i keep my feet further back. are you new to using the machine- maybe just your body getting used to the movement?!?!

its not much cardio like Shred or Ripped, but some. I only did a few days of L1 & now i'm doing a bunch of different JM workouts (i get bored). however i did notice while doing a "plank" move the other day- that i don't have much baby fat flab hanging that i did about a month ago!!! SO i'd say it works!!!

this is the way i make it too in the over. i cut the slab into 4 pieces, then top each slice with a onion slice, tomatoe slice, swiss cheese & wrap 2 slices of bacon lke a xmas present. mine take about 1.5 hour at 350.
