I just did Day 1 of Week 2. I'm pretty surprised how quickly endurance builds up. Not that I could do a lot to begin with, but it's interesting when you can only start out with 4 and then go up to 11 in only a week.

I started this 3 weeks ago. My base line was 15 I'm now at 31 after the mid way test.

To him- I love that she said she hates you- I concur... Hate is what I feel, but you're kind of cute, so I'll let it go-

To her- I would like to do 100push up challenge but I'm heading down the road to wrist surgery :( Since I teach American Sign Language I dont' think it's a good idea to kill the wrist, but I'm thinking of starting a running challenge. my first goal is 3 minutes consecutively, I'll start a similar one.
Good luck with the push ups girl!

Still at 15 max, unmodified. Haven't been following the program, but have continued to do pushups. Guess there is a reason for the program.

I'm going to start the 100 pushup challenge tomorrow, and was wondering if anyone wants to join me?

    Here's the scoop; http://hundredpushups.com/index.html.

Basically by the end of the six weeks you should be able to so 100 consecutive pushups. I'm sure I'll have to repeat a week or two, so my goal is to be able to do it in ten.

Whomever wants to join me, I'll be keeping a spreadsheet of our progress, and be checking in every Sunday, with periodical uplifting messages to keep us going. Basically we'll be doing pushups every other day.

    So, who's with me?

    :drinker:

    Initial Test: 4

I am definitely going to do this.

However, my arm muscles are going to be huge afterwards. O well.

In the initial test, I did 3.5. Awful.

    Let's do this!
