As far as I can tell a regular bag of regular butter is about 130 calories. That's what both the side panel and MFP have suggested to me. I think I have the same brand/size as you. I would go with 150 though- better to err on the higher side, and 45 calorie difference isn't really that much.

I'm mean, pop tarts certainly are empty calories but you're absolutely right that there are granola bars that are exactly the same nutritionally. I get why you're upset though- I wouldn't want a teacher telling my child what they could or couldn't eat based on arbitrary ideas of what Is healthy or not.

I did pole for a bit a few years ago and really liked it! I've since gotten into other aerial apparatuses- specifically hammock and silks, and I'm planning on adding hoop to my repertoire. Anything aerial is a killer work out and they all challenge you in different ways!

I've embraced being over my grams of fat lol. But I always prefer just cutting out stuff to a low fat (or low carb, sugar etc) alternative. Plus low fat alternatives tend to be full or sugars or salts to try and compensate for flavor.

TBH I stopped drinking soda when I was like 13, lost 20lbs, and never looked back. I don't even like soda anymore. I remember at the time drinking low calories Minute Maid lemonade when I just needed a taste. Now I drink flavored sparkling water and tea!
