  • I gained 8lbs over the holidays, but I also weighed myself after a night of drinking and lack of sleep. So maybe more like 5-6lbs.
  • I'd like to join :)
  • I'm on week 4 right now and love it. I've lost 7lbs since starting it. I ended up ordering the extra two songs and will be trying the advanced version next week hopefully.
  • Did you go to college? Further? I went to college for Travel & Tourism, but realized it wasn't for me so I dropped out. I did get a diploma for Nursing Unit Clerk though as a back up. How many siblings do you have and where are you in the ranking? I have a sister, I'm the oldest. Did you have or do you want a big fancy…
  • How long have you been actively trying to lose weight? I started in March 2013 and had lost a good chunk of weight, but then our wedding, honeymoon and Christmas happened, so I gained some back :( Why do you think you have failed losing weight in the past? I just gave up and was tired of counting - plus there were a lot of…
  • How old are you? 27 Work or SAH? I work at our local police service and type up reports on all the "lovely" people and things that happen in town lol Whereabouts are you in the world? Ontario, Canada How much do you weigh? Ugh, 260lbs :( How much do you want to weigh? I'd like to get under 200lbs, then probably re-evaluate…

  • Thanks. I need to find something to motivate me now. For my wedding it was because of my wedding dress. I had to lose the weight or else I wouldn't fit in my dress and there would be no wedding lol. Now, I just need to find myself a goal or motivator. Something big enough. I have a daughter and my hubby tells me that my…
  • Starting weight: 337lbs Current Weight: 265lbs ish (I'm scared to look at the scale) Goal Weight: 199lbs (I'd just like to be under 200lbs and then we'll see from there). I had lost about 120lbs for my wedding last September and was at 220lbs. Gained a good 45lbs between our honeymoon, Christmas, disappointment over trying…
  • My fiance and I usually have a cheat day every few weeks. It helps to have something to look forward to. And it kind of shocks your system a bit. I find that because of having cheat days every once in a while, it's kept me going on this lifestyle change and not discouraged me.
  • I've lost almost 70lbs now and the only people who have noticed are my family. It would be nice if other people noticed, but I guess it'll take a while.
  • I am hoping to lose about 15-20lbs by Christmas. More would be great, but I don't want to set too high of a goal, so that I don't get discouraged.
