I was a little more 'snacky' today also, but not a binge. I've paid attention to what I'm eating and how much. So far, so good for the 21 day challenge. Thanks for the post, and congratulations on your new-found clarity!

No binging for me today. I actually stopped to make myself realize that I wasn't hungry. Great job to all of you who have done well so far! We can do this!

I had a family reunion today, so I didn't even attempt to log my food. Surprisingly, I didn't eat too much, but little bits of lots of different things. And so far, no binging! I'm cooking supper right now, and that's a really hard time for me. I'm bad about snacking while I cook! But, I'm hanging in there. Good job to all…

I do the same thing!!! I can totally relate to mindless eating because of boredom or to put off something else I should be doing. Most of my daily calories come from snacks. :ohwell: I need this challenge. I'd love to join. :happy:
