I've been dx with diabetes type 2, my blood sugars have dropped since I started P90x. I never knew its harder for Diabetics to lose weight.

Thanks for the reply. I forgot to mention that I pulled out the tape measure and compared it to last month. I lost 1 in in the shoulders, gained .5 in arms, but everything stayed. I think I'm just frustrated. I building muscle for sure, but I thought it would lower the scale quicker.

Stated doing it last week, never made it past 15 mins. Today I decided to start over, hit it hard, and focus. DAY 1. Finished the first workout all the way through. I died.
