• Yes, Marla I love the dress and how it hugs the curves. I use Leslie Samsone, Denise Austin (I love all of her workout videos), and Giamam walking Walk away the pounds videos. •
Actually, I'm not encouraging anyone to do nothing. What I am encouraging: Be aware of what you need to do to achieve your goals. To me, a good question is not "Can formerly obese people get, etc." it would be: How does a formerly obese person get fit/abs?
I totally agree! I know that in order for me to…

 • I so agree!! Although, Coca-Cola hasn't rotted my teeth it has played a part in my insomnia. I know you want to say DUHHHHH, but I'm the type of person that can drink coffee and it makes me sleepy. I have to drink really strong coffee for it to wake me up. As I began to do research on different factors that play a part in…
 • Well, I don't do the diet but I drink regular Coca-Cola on a daily basis!! I'm down to one or two a day whereas a few years ago I was consuming 5 to 6 per day. Did I mention that was EVERYDAY?? Well, last Thursday was the first time I went to the dentist since 1995. The reasons are really irrelevant my point is that I was…

Maybe 3 days is not enough for me. I'm going back to & sticking with working out 5 days a week. I saw a constant loss when I…

 • I joined MFP and Weight Watchers the same week. I found that they work better if I used them together. I slacked off MFP for a while and it showed at my meeting. The motivation and support you get from both places helps, specially if you have a minimum amount from friends and family. Good Luck and Much Success
 • My favorite workout is the Elliptical Trainer. I have my good and bad days on it because I have a bad knee, but when my knee allows I get a great workout in on light resistance though. Today, I tried Daily Burn 15 Let's Move based on First Lady Michelle Obama's Let's Move Act. It was great and easier for me to do than…
