I've put weight on too (at least I think I have, my scales are slightly dodgy) Glad its not just me! I have also altered my calories as I was on 1200 and then read about it and how it doesnt necessarily help, so I think my poor body is wondering what the heck has happened to it!!

My cat tries to sit on me whilst doing sit ups...not easy! I often have an overnight work out by her as well, if I sleep on my back, she curls up on my front. I wondered for ages why my stomach felt odd in the mornings, like I had done a load of sit ups... she is a heavy beastie!

That's amazing (and amazingly repulsive!) I needed to see that - its actually quite a lot! Moaning about 1 lb loss a week will be kept to a minimum...!! Just googled 'what does 1lb of fat look like' SERIOUSLY gross! 5 lbs of fat is the same weight as a brick... puts lots of things in to perspective!

I drink Green Tea but I have it very weak (and I have a v. particular method of making it - OCD, moi??!) My fave at the moment is Green tea with peppermint. 0 calories too.

How very rude!!! I had this when I was at my heaviest a number of years ago, from someone who worked in the canteen at my school. I was MORTIFIED and avoided her AND never wore the floaty top (that I thought was really pretty and looked nice) ever again!!!
