  • I love 30 DS and have done it a couple of times but please be careful - I got to level 2 day 7 last week and whilst doing double jump rope my calf muscle went "pop". It's really painful and apparently it's going to take a few weeks to heal. ☹️️ I'm gutted because it was making such a difference to my fitness / weight loss.
  • I'm not an expert but I've been cycling a couple of times a week as well as doing the 30 day shred. 30DS is really hard going but I've read of lots of people doing other exercise as well. I tend to see how I feel. Today I've just 30DS because I feel a bit achy (I tried yoga yesterday and it was a bit of a shock to the…
  • I've been really good and stayed in my calories for the last 5 days AND exercised every day. But I am currently feeling very smug because we went for a walk this evening and I have turned down the egg fried rice my boyfriend is currently making. I will not be eating it as it's not in my calories (And it smells sooooo good)…
  • I don't know if there's an 'official' diet thing that goes with it. Just sticking to daily calories suggested on here is probably the best diet / life style change. It's manageable and you don't have to cut anything out - therefore you are more likely to stick with it longer term as well as losing weight / inches.
  • Near enough triplets! 5'5" UK Sw: 220 Cw: 197 GW: 145 (or there abouts, will reassess when I get there)
  • Ivstruggle with this as well. In the last week I've started making my own flavoured water as it tastes so much better than just tap stuff (and I can't be wasting money on buying bottles of it either). It definitely helps me drink more. I love lemon water so instead of putting in lemon I've tried different stuff..... So far…
  • I really need to get organised with this. I am so good in the holidays but as soon as I am back at work I fall off the exercise regime within a few weeks of being back at school.
  • I did level 1 day 3 today. I am hurty! It is soooooo good tho and makes a massive difference! Good luck!

  • Main reason is I don't feel healthy / good about myself and I am getting pretty close to being 40. But stupidly on Friday I asked my boyfriend (of 8 years) why we didn't sleep together any more (I've tried to talk about this for the last couple of years. But never quite plucked up the courage. I asked if it was because of…
  • I started yesterday and I've just finished day 2 of level 1. I think it felt easier today than yesterday but I'm looking forward to day 5/6 when it's a noticeable difference! I am so out of shape!
  • Hi, please add me too! I'm 38 and in the North West of Uk. No kids but I am a teacher and find getting my work / life balance sorted very difficult BUT summer holidays start in 5 get ups so I started my get fit mission yesterday. I don't want to be fat any more!!
  • Im hot all the time because I'm fat? Never realised that! Makes sense really!
  • Sorry to hear you are having a rough time this year. 30 day shred is amazing - you'll lose inches so take measurements because that will show your progress. I've started on 30 day shred today for the 3rd time (over a few years) . It's my go to to quickly to make a difference.
  • Counting calories on here is great - you 'aren't on a diet' you become aware of what you are eating and the content of it. It's like 'is that biscuit worth the 70 calories? Will I really enjoy it?' you don't need to cut anything out or buy specialist meals. Save you Weight watchers money and put it to better use!
  • I have been back at work for 2 weeks after Christmas holidays and I've fitted in exercise around my work commitments and cycled for a total of 4hours on my stationary bike. Another 2 hours planned for this weekend.
  • https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=wdFE7nUBApM They are amazing!
  • I went back to work on Monday (I'm a teacher) and my target is to use the stationary bike twice a week for 30mins every week. It's not a big target but one I can do. I cycled for 30mins 2 days after work and today I have done an hour!!!! Have also eaten under my calories for 12/13 days. It's seems only little but it's big…
  • I left an abuse marriage in 2008 and it was incredibly hard but so very, very worth it! Massive congratulations to you for finding that inner strength to leave and I wish you lots of luck and happiness in the future. Congratulations on your weight loss too. Xx
  • You need to figure out what works for you e.g, are you motivated to / can you fit in exercise daily? Or is twice a week a better goal? What are your trigger points (e.g. Snacking in the evenings) My mum has lost weight by calorie counting and cutting portion sizes. She hasn't really increased her exercising but amount of…
  • It's a circuit training / can do in your own living room / free on YouTube amazing workout of awesomeness. Jillian Michaels is a hard task master but it is so worth it. The first couple of days are really really tough but then all of a sudden you realise you can do it more easily.
  • I'm in. It's fab! I completed it last summer but I need to get back to working out. Fallen off the wagon big time!
  • I just cycled 28km in 58 minutes on my stationary bike. On Thursday last week I struggled to do 10km - it's only been a few days but I feel so much fitter already.
  • Just beaten my time for 10km on my stationary bike!! On Saturday it was 19 minutes 11 seconds and today...... 16 minutes and 21 seconds!! B)
  • I have cycled over 60km on my stationary bike so far this week. And it's only Thursday!
  • That's a massive difference! Well done!! :) Keep up the good work! I highly recommend the 30 day shred, you can get it for free on YouTube!
  • I'm intending to do a 30 day shred day - it's only 20 / 25 minutes and I am doing it as a Christmas present to myself. As for food, I will eat in moderation and not eat until I want to explode but I will go with what my Granny used to say "a little of everything does you good. Except sprouts. They are proper evil.
  • Well done!!! Hooray! You have finished it!!
  • Go for it! The sooner you start the sooner you will embrace the awesomeness of it (or something!?!) And when you think you cant do it - keep going. All of a sudden you will feel a difference. Good luck!
  • Do it!! I am on Day 25 (level 3) and Day 1 I couldnt even do jumping jacks for 30 seconds. I was SO unfit. I stupidly didnt measure myself but all my clothes are much loser but more importantly I feel so much! I can now do things I never thought possible until Level 1 Day 5 when I realised I could do it and I wasnt…
  • Thanks Hun! We all will, look at how fab the 30ds team has been! Grumbling is part of the workout! It must burn more calories?!
