I allow myself a treat a day. Usually it is a pudding cup or pop chips.

The only Pop Tarts I like are the brown sugar ones but they are always sold out at my campus snack shop. I haven't had one since high school and that was like 5 years ago.
-
I replaced the sugar tracker on my diary with protein. From what have read on MFP the tracker recommendation is for added sugars. I really wish it would keep natural sugars and added sugars separate.

This happened to me yesterday. I went to my aunts for fathers day and she ended up ordering Charo Chicken instead of cooking because she broke her leg. I didn't eat a whole lot but when I logged it in it was really high. I ended up doing an extra workout.

I bought a laptop for my dad for his birthday. Every laptop had Windows 8 except for 2 and they were both sold out. When I set it up for him it was a nightmare. I hate Windows 8.

I work out after work. One of my co-workers bought a mini cycle that fits under her desk and she uses it throughout the day. The one below cost about $50.

I decided to lose weight and get healthy because I realized that my life was passing me by. There are a lot of things I don't do because of my weight and that is not the way I want to live anymore.

I'm 23. I've only recently started using the message boards on MFP but I intend to be more active on this site. Feel free to add me.

I've heard the same thing but while that may apply to some men it doesn't apply to all of them. Also, just because they are physically attracted to someone it doesn't mean that deeper feelings are going to develop. I have several male friends who I am physically attracted to but that I would never date. Some men and women…

Majority of the time I eat back about half of my exercise calories and I have been steadily losing weight. Everyone is different so I think you need to find what works for you.

Roasted butternut squash, mushroom rice, and tofu burritos.

I was really bad and ate a pastrami sandwich for lunch. So, I went a little healthier for dinner. Roasted vegetables, baked acorn squash, and grape and feta salad.
-
Soy glazed salmon with roasted vegetables and roasted corn on the cob.

Yes I record it. Vegetables make up a huge portion of the food I eat. Probably 1/3 to 1/2 of my daily calories.

I don't use self tanner often but when I do I use Banana Boat Summer Color. It's easy to work into the skin and the color is great.

I used to hate exercising and while I still don't love it, I don't have too hard of a time doing it. I started really slow and worked my way up. I started with doing a modified 30 day shred 3 times a week and now I ride my bike everyday for at least 30 mins on days that I have work/school and at least an hour on my days…

I really like Old Navy for workout clothes. The shirts are comfortable and fairly inexpensive. I also like their sports bras and yoga pants.

I don't understand why people let their dogs out without a leash anywhere but a dog park. My dogs are pretty well behaved but if they were out without a leash and saw another dog or a cat they would bolt after it. I am terrified of my dogs being hit by a car or biting someone. Although I'm pretty sure they wouldn't go…

2001 Yellow Mustang and I still have it.

I read about this last night on Gawker. She is insane.

I weigh myself every morning but I log it once a week. I know a lot of people say we should only weigh ourselves once a week but it helps keep me on track if I do it everyday. I like seeing the progress I have made.
-
I half-assed my workout this morning so I just did it again.
-
I hate when people smack their lips when they eat. My grandfather used to do it and so does my brother. It's gross.

There is a difference between a compliment and being cat called. A compliment is fine but I hate catcalls. Most of the time the catcalls are crude and degrading and it leaves me feeling like a piece of meat and sometimes threatened.

I drink a lot of water and tea. When I want something sweet I will make a low calorie frappuccino
-
This is the same for me. I'm down 30 pounds and don't notice much of a difference but other people do.

When I gain weight it tends to go to my stomach, so you would think it would come off my stomach first. But so far the weight seems to be coming off all over my body so I haven't noticed a big difference in just one area.
