I do add the calories. I highly recommend buying one of those oil spray bottles. I bought a two pack from Costco and use it every time I cook. You use so much less oil.

I'm pretty sure he is just ****ing around. He snaps out of it and is talking perfectly normal. He has always been a little off when it comes to speaking at award shows and such. It seems like he is going back to the way he behaved when he first came on the scene. You know, trolling people.

First you should press the tofu to get out as much liquid as possible. Put it on a plate with paper towels below it and on top. I've lost 48 pounds so far and when I look at pictures I don't see much of a difference. However, I have dropped two pants sizes so I know there is a difference and I do feel better which is most important to me.

I ate a bunch of Chinese food yesterday and I woke up feeling very sluggish so I ate a bunch of fruit for breakfast.

I'm assuming you weigh yourself sometime in the early morning. If you finish eating at 1pm and weigh yourself at 6am your food has worked its way through your system and you have less in your stomach then you would if you finished eating at 6pm.

I had a huge can of hominy that I needed to use up so I threw together a soup. Poblano chili's, hominy, black beans, carrots, onions, tomato sauce, chicken stock and chili powder. Topped with pepper jack cheese and sour cream.
