Some of my meals today.
BReakfast: Mint Chocolate oatmeal with raspberries and toasted crumbled english muffin!
Dinner: Spaghetti alla Funghi with chicken breast
One of the many cravings and desserts i had today, Light peach cheesecake bought at a near supermarket (only 100 cal!)

Haven't been here for a little while, so here's a bit of a compilation from recently.
Chili garlic salmon, with beans and broccoli on spinach paste. A little sprinkle of kimchi flavoured rice seasoning on top.
Tumeric roasted Veg (pumpkin, zucchini, cauliflower), spiced cous cous, garlic beef, rocket and parsley.
Favourite. Fresh rice paper rolls. This time with garlic, chilli beef, cucumber, carrot, beetroot, and lettuce. Dipping sauce is lime juice, fish sauce, sweet chilli and a dash of soy.
Comfort food. Potato and pea curry with 1/4cup of shredded chicken and some fresh coriander.
Patties made with sweet potato, potato, coriander, onion, salmon and peas.
Brown rice sushi rolls with smoked salmon, cucumber and red onion.0 -

What a small, rushed breakfast looks like for me. Sprouted grain toast with peanut butter and some banana and a bowl of fruit!0 -

I like the picture where you can see the food in your hand and in the same hand an empty drink glass. You didn't label the pictures sir! What is that bun, with the cherry on top and you can see the bacon and some sort of deep fried patty...is the patty fish. Ok for now that's my only question.0 -

Cabbage, onions and canellini beans cooked in chicken broth and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and cayenne.

terrible pic of some good eats. refried beans and chipotle cheddar cheese enchiladas with homemade chili sauce and avocado. still have corn tortillas leftover which makes me happy, because i get to make moooore enchiladas.
