I'm envious of your ability to perfectly melt the interior cheese, yet maintain a perfect medium rare burger. Any tips you can share? Also, any hesitancy to eat medium rare ground pork? Thanks.0 -

Well that one was cooked in a water bath, cheese was actually a cheese sauce that I let set a little in the fridge before stuffing the burger. I know safety standards say ground pork should be cooked to 160, but so far no issues eating it like 25 degrees less ::crosses fingers::0 -
