    slow roasted some butternut pumpkin and a few stray cubes of zucchini in garlic and olive oil. Added to a risotto, towards the end, and pan fried some spiced chicken, and mixed it, rocket and persian feta when serving.

    Roast lamb with potatoes, Yorkshire puds, broccoli and carrots followed by apple and cinnamon cake with cinnamon buttercream. :)

    Went to my favorite pizza place in Dallas for lunch. Beautiful day, warm and breezy, nice table in the shade, and super delicious thin crust pizza. Life is good.
