Peppered roast pork, silverbeet, pumpkin and eggplant.
Chicken breast coated in a 'packet spice mix', caesar salad, beans, baked potato and (over salted) mushrooms.0 -

Tonight's dinner:
Take out: Combinations brown fried rice, Beef and green onions( although there was more carrots that green onion in it)and a couple of pieces of Peaking Duck.
Oh and one sad looking puppy begging for food.
Your little beggar made me chuckle. My dogs don't like raw veges so they hate when i'm dieting.0 -

I'm suffering from kidney issues that cause an over abundance of uric acid. I'm on my 4th flare of gout in 2 months! Atm I'm plstuck being a VERY resentful vegetarian for a while until it gets sorted out.0 -

Lunch just a few minutes ago: 3 slices center cut bacon. San Luis Sourdough cracked wheat bread (long loaf), toasted. Half an avocado. Mayo. Tomatoes with salt and pepper. Diet coke.

117g of oven roasted broccoli, tossed in
1.5 tsp of sesame oil
1 tbs rice vinegar
2 tbs soy sauce
=447 cals (bonus that I couldn't finish it, and will therefore have free calories later/tomorrow).0 -

celery salad with garlic roasted chickpeas, walnuts, and crumbled parmesan. baked veggie chicken strips with dipping sauce (i didn't actually have the sauce - i just made it for my boyfriend) and a few cherry tomatoes.
