Ok these are my meals from yesterday and today, just gone nuts!
Simply delicious!
-Dinner-
Entree:
Shellfish soup
Huge salad
Main course:
Breaded calamari, whole grain bread slice, brown rice, beef steak with pineapple salsa, seafood mix, boned chicken breast, vegetables,
Desserts:
Had to taste a bit of everything!
-Breakfast-
Entree:
Fruits & oatmeal topped with some condensed milk, granola and frootloops.
Main course:
4 egg white omelette stuffed with ham,cheese and veggies, bacon, pork mini sausage, french toast with pineapple jelly and coconut, pancake, cottage cheese, cheddar, gouda and mozarella cheese cubes, small tortilla, sweet plantain, gallo pinto and baked potatoes.
Dessert:
Hald cinnamon roll, half donut, half cookie. half pound cake slice.
-Lunch-
Entree:
Mixed vegetables salad & broccoli cream soup on the side.
Main Course:
Boned chicken breast with pineapple sauce, mashed potatoes, a little piece of egg roll, grilled tenderloin steak with pineapple salsa, a slice of glazed pork ham, a little rectangle of polenta, some of a broccoli and cauliflower with mozzarella casserole, and a minimal serving of spaghetti and lentils.
Desserts:
These were my favorites, chocolate and peanut truffle, torta chilena, tres leches and a type of praline and... a little scoop of rum and raisin ice cream over some "arroz con leche" (rice pudding) with some fruits and gelatin.

Moving to TDEE-15% and this is what I had to celebrate.
Steak (6.5oz), spinach salad with feta, grape tomatoes, cucumbers and catalina dressing. A biscuit, roasted asparagus with feta crumbles. A mere 651 calories and worth every bit.0 -

opted for a fruit cup dessert instead of a tempting slice of tiramisu!
vegetarian sandwich! i forgot to ask them to put the mayo on the side though, AND i polished the fries on the side, but it DID kinda fit in to my macros. xD
my utmost favorite combination for oatmeal: honey and bananas! had it for lunch instead. xD
serious obsession with pb&j lately.

Lots of bean sprouts, zucchini, mushrooms and 6 oz of chicken. I always crave take out chinese and noodles so this will do it for me. I used chili garlic paste for spice and some ground ginger with teriyaki sauce. A little cucumber salad would be great on the side. Less than 300 cals, and this is a big bowl I made.0 -
