I do deadlift/squat combinations at the same time but only once a week.

I found home.

For me, if you're tracking carbs, you're tracking sugar. It's better to track carbs and fiber though because they counter each other in your macro count. Fiber still adds to calories though, which is more important than all of them.
-
Yep, me too. I've contacted support and they said they're working on it. If you haven't already done so I suggest to do the same so they have more accounts to look at. My steps transfer over to MFP but my calories are not adjusting at all.

Stupid people in general, especially those who state the obvious like it's something newsworthy. Oh, and those who don't trust or believe me.

I've been on T-25 Gamma for a while but haven't been able to get through all the workouts in a week yet. However, I also train at my work gym too so it makes up for it. I'm hoping to get new Tour de Corp for Christmas.

Brownies are my weakness too. Log it, own it, and balance it off for the rest of the week.

Losing these last five pounds and doing pull ups by the end of fall next year.

Cool site, I'll have to play with it later. I'm going to keep a closer on eye on stride/distance as well. Thanks!
-
Yeah, I always had trouble measuring stride too. I just set it to auto for now to see how that goes. I'm going to give it one more week at the "take a third" level and go from there. If it's still way off I'll drop it to 25%. I'm not able to to use the above formula unless I'm on a machine because I don't think the Fitbit…
-
I believe it's way too high as well, that's why I only take a third of what it gives me. It's a gross number I think because I just turn it on when I'm doing a cardio workout, stop it when I'm done and then it spits out a number that I take a third of and put in in MFP. I don't enter food on the website either so I don't…
-
I was beginning to conclude that as well Cascades, thanks for the confirmation. I think I'm going to keep up the moderate pace until I lose the last 3-5 pounds then maybe switch back when maintaining. Thanks!
-
Dumb people in general. I don't handle stupid well.
-
When I synced mine it adjusted to around double the calorie burn it should have. Now I manually log my cardio and only take a third of what it gives me.

I'm a brain tumor survivor.

I was thinking he was referring to extra sugar added to the sauce, not the actual tomatoes. Yeah...a little too overboard for me. I love Italian food and I'm not one to add any sugar to my pasta or pizza sauce. For me, the more garlic/onions, the better:).

My new snack is a 100 calorie back of roasted edamame. I get the lightly salted version and I swear I like them better now than potato chips.
-
To me they are slightly inferior Quest bars, but if you nuke them I can barely tell the difference. You can't beat the price either.
-
Unfortunately that's not an option for me. There's no Cosco in my area.
-
For those on a budget: http://www.costco.com/Kirkland-Signature%E2%84%A2-Protein-Bar-Chocolate-Brownie-%2526-Chocolate-Chip-Cookie-Dough-2--Pack-20-Count.product.100296106.html They're like a slightly inferior Quest bar, butt if you nuke them they're fine.
-
I've done Alpha and Beta, currently on the Gamma cycle. The first two mix in cardio so if that's what you're looking for, it may be right for you. As mentioned, if you need help, the modifier is great as well.
-
Yes, capaul is correct. It only syncs the whole day. I did it for a while but then realized it was very inaccurate (by like double), so I don't bother any more.
-
Cheaper Quest bar alternative: https://www.amazon.com/Protein-Kirkland-Signature-delicious-variety/dp/B01GSL9KAU/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1465708945&sr=8-3-fkmr1&keywords=Kirkland+Signature%E2%84%A2+Protein+Bar. I was loyal Quest fan for a while and I still like their products, but the cost was getting to me.
-
Been using it for a couple years now. I'm currently up to the Gamma program and still use it a couple of times week.
-
Agreed. I base my bar purchases on taste and protein/fiber/carb content alone. Right now my favorites are Kirkland Signature, Quest, and Muscle Pharm.

Buffalo here too, born, raised, and still here.
-
I only take half of what my Charge HR gives me.
-
I definitely eat a lot more Greek yogurt now. Whenever I crave something sweet I try to have Banana and Chocolate flavors nearby.

It took me about a year and a half to lose the forty pounds I wanted to get rid of. I've been at maintenance now for about a year without any changes.
