Training Days Routine Morning: Protein Smoothie (powder, greek yogurt, banana, skim milk) Before: Protein bar (Quest and equivalents) After: Lunch Plenty of water at all stages.

I did Alpha for several months before I moved to Beta and never regretted it. I'm on to Gamma now and can't seem to finish a whole week. However, I'm also running one day a week and see a trainer twice a week to, so that's understandable. The program itself is great. Continue on at your own rate, there's no one size fits…

I have a Fitbit Charge HR and when I synced it to MFP it said I was burning double the number of calories than I was. I turned off the syncing and now I just use it for cardio and only take half of the number it gives me.

I'll be the lame duck...I'd actually go for the chicken Caesar wrap and make sure there's very little dressing.

I've been using the series for a couple of years now. I'm current using the Gamma program but can't seem to fit all more workouts in a week yet. However, I've been using it with personal training sessions and dedicated legs days at the gym as well.

I've been maintaining for a bout a year now. It's all about trial and error. If you're eating at what you think is right and still losing, then you need to add more calories in your diet (in small increments) until you stop losing. The same goes with gaining. I wouldn't worry about your points so much, just total calories…

Those are just numbers. If you are losing more than you want, don't be afraid to increase calorie intake. I'm in the exact same boat. I'm 5'2" as well and have been floating around 105-115 lbs. for the last year or so.
-
It depends on your goals. If you strictly want to lose weight, don't eat them back. However, if you just want to maintain, you can eat them back. If you're bulking you'll definitely want to eat them back and then some.

Great job! I jogged four times around the block (about .67 miles by my calculations) for the first time in as long as I remember. I can remember when I couldn't even do one.
-
I only use my Fitbit to log cardio. I tried using the auto sync feature on MFP and the calorie burned was double what it should have been.
-
I'm 5'2". At my heaviest I weighed 148 lbs. and wore size 34 jeans. Now I'm down to around 112 and wear size 30, although I could probably squeeze in to 29 if I had to.

HIIT Elliptical workouts.

Congrats!

I love my Quest bars too, but I'm not a fan of the Cookies and Cream one. My favorites are Double Chocolate Chunk and Cinnamon Roll...especially if you nuke them for a few seconds. I actually prefer them over any candy bar.

I have the Charge HRM and only use it when I'm working out. It seems reasonably accurate although I only take two thirds of what it gives me.

32, lost about 40 lbs. and have been keeping it off for about two years now.

My parents had a similar reaction when I was seriously losing. I ended up using one and two cup bowls instead of scales to measure solid stuff and then got good enough to eyeball what a serving looked like. I know it isn't perfect, but I lost about 40 pounds (about three stone) in a year and a half so I must have been…

I think Twining's was the one I tried. I use their English Breakfast and Green Tea K-cups almost every day because there's a Keurig machine where I work. I have a few fellow tea lovers friends that like it too but it just has a too strong/bad tasting to me.
-
Open diary here as well. Caution, breakfast and lunch aren't too varied but dinner can be anything.
-
My favorite is English Breakfast but I also like Green, Oolong, Orange Pekoe and other red/black tea hybrids. However, I cannot tolerate Earl Grey. That stuff is just nasty in my opinion.

My nose to stop running.

I'm 5'2" and when I was losing I ate between 1200-1500 calories a day. I was 148 at my heaviest, currently maintaining around 110. My maintenance calories are about 1700.

@JeffreyMGiron I used to play LoL a lot and need to get back to it. Have you tried SMITE? I like it a lot as it's 2D instead of overhead. Other than that I'm an RPGamer. Currently trying to get through Skyrim but I keep getting distracted. Still have Dragon Age III, the Atelier Games, and a bunch of others on backlog.
-
Most definitely yes. Check out my profile for specifics. Still currently trying to make my way through Skyrim but I keep getting sidetracked.

I'm in the same boat as well. I've lost about forty pounds but still have a "fat ring" around my stomach/back. My issue is that I'm only 5'2" and I'm down to 108 lbs., so I really don't have my weight left to lose. I'm sticking to maintenance calorie intake and lifting for year and see how it goes. I can definitely tell…

Generally, you do burn calories weightlifting but it's not much. You should only worry about calorie burn counting when you're doing cardio excercises. The aim of cardio is to burn calories, the aim of weigtlifting it to build muscle, so they're two different things.
-
I'm 5'2" as well and down to about 108ish. I'm in the same boat as Rachey. I don't want to lose any more weight, btu do want to lose body fat and gain muscle. I'm currently on a maintenance plan and seeing how long I want to stay on it.

I with the above poster. That why a lot of products are called "protein supplements" instead of "protein food". It's just meant to add protein to your diet. They're not meant to replace your normal food intake.
