HI, You are supposed to be able to eat what you want on your other 5 days so at least you've got other days to enjoy. thanks for your input. Think it was a bit of caffeine and sugar withdrawal. sticking to 500 calories on fasting days. 2nd day fasting today and drinking more water than first day and ive had a coffee with sweetener so hopefully be better tomorrow. Ive had low cal lunch and still got enough for a sandwich for tea. :)
