I think I also need to re-evaluate my menu because I feel the same way. I mean, I try to do three good small meals and then healthy snacks in between, but I feel like I'm always looking for something. Someone told me that because of the smaller portions, it means the metabolism is working faster and you will be hungry more…

For some reason when I weigh myself at night, it's almost always a pound lighter the next morning. I just go with the first thing Monday morning as my "official", that way it's at least consistent. Although I tend to weigh myself now and then when I pass the scale just to see how it might be fluctuating.
