  • well done. just finished week 3 today too! this is my 2nd attempt this time. gave up somewhere around week 4 last time so hopefully i can keep going this time. listening to podcasts this time and i'm finding it much easier so fingers crossed. :smile:
  • level 3 day 9 done. this time tomorrow i'll be done! although that will be 32 days in total after missing 2 days but i'll not complain. will be happy to get through it!

  • i tried ripped in 30 the last time i finished 30 day shred and i ended up quitting. whoops! lol. think it was level 2 or 3 when i packed it in. i just didnt like it as much. have a few other dvd's i havent tried yet so might watch thru some over the next week to help decide what to do next. might even just do the shred…

  • 30 day shred for me. its short enough that i can find time to do it everyday. i like the format - 3 circuits of 3 mins strength, 2 mins cardio, 1 minute abs. i can do the moves! lol. and most importantly i like the results it gives me. plus there's nearly always groups of people on my fitness pal doing it at the same time…
  • haven't tried turbojam but i love 30DS. not easy but great results if u give it ur all. i like the format and its only 20 mins so its over before you realise it.

  • i always found that doing as many 'proper' push ups throughout level 1 helped build my strength for the planks that follow in level 2 (and level 3 *evil laugh*). lol

  • done day 1 of level 2 last nite - didnt get a chance to check in. it was well hard but maybe not as bad as i had it in my head that it was gonna be. although i hate the pendulum/squat/curls thing and also the squat and v-raises. was certainly wrecked by the end of the 3rd circuit! but all for a good cause! lol

  • yep, no rest days for me either. if i have to miss a day for any reason i'll do it twice the next day to get me back on track.

  • level 1, day 6 done for me! although i got a sharp pain in my lower abs when doing the 2nd set of pushups today. not sure what happened there but i can still feel it 10 hours later. d'oh! hopefully it's nothing too serious. didnt affect the rest of the work out though so i'm fairly sure i'll be ready to hit it again…

  • level 1, day 5 done for me. half way through level 1! i hated level 2 last time amber! definitely my least favourite of the 3! lol. but i know it does me good so i wont complain too loudly.

  • Level 1, day 4 done for me. aches and pains have died down a bit so i felt like i was able to put more effort in today - although still finding it an intense 20 mins! but its all worth it!
