I'm looking to start the 5:2 diet. Can you change the days on which you fast each week? Also, are you restricted to calorie intake on the days where you're not fasting? Thanks.

Any idea if you can see your previous scores on Zumba Fitness for the wii? Just so I know if i'm improving? And does anyone else find that it doesn't really pick up your moves in the Sahara belly dance cool down? :)
