  • You've got the right attitude Andi, take it steady one lb at a time. Is there anyway you can move? 4 years is a long time to be somewhere you hate! I lived in an awful area for 18 months and know how negative it can make you feel. Look after yourself and take it one day at a time! Good luck!

  • I need to introduce a stricter exercise regime! when I was younger I could just cut out snacking, walk 10k steps a day and the weight would steadily drop off.... That doesn't happen now. I'm going to have to work hard to drop this 20lb!!
