greek yoghurt (the flavoured ones) their cheese --- so many good ones! orange chicken chinese chicken salad pita bread & a bunch of other stuff I can't think of at the moment. I have not been to trader joe's in so long I miss it so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just started taking the pill myself. I am not experiencing any trouble with weight loss & taking it. I was having a hard time losing weight before & it's still hard. My body just does not want to let go after all these years. :/

I also suffer from anxiety. I find that eating healthier and working out does wonder for my mental health. People who do not have it don't understand. But I feel different when I take time off from my diet & eat out to much & don't get in my work out which happens a lot on the weekend. Because of this I struggle a lot on…

I already started to **** the Diet this week. Had a work Christmas party yesterday & a Christmas party last weekend. I have been trying to be good when I can but once the weekend starts it's all over till after Boxing Day :) Gonna try to sneak a few workouts in even if it's just a walk though.

I am taking the weekend off from logging. Then getting back on it. I don't think it's fair to be so restrictive all of the time. I may not lose as fast, but I will get there in the end. I am not going to deny myself life's little indulgences.

Wow! That is awesome! I need to be putting in those kind of yards/meters! Well I have been out of the water for a few months & it's hard to get to the pool any other day but the weekend for me...lets see. I will make my goal 5,000 meters. It's a start :happy:

Hi everyone! I was very excited when I saw the swimmers group. I have been trying to motivate myself to get back in the pool. Have been out due to a sore neck/shoulder & it hurts worse if I swim to much. Sucks since swimming is my favorite! I need to get back into it though as I want to do the 2K swim in Sydney Harbour…

I had some that were baked into a roll that I made into a sandwich for lunch today. It's pretty tasty & come to think of it I do feel fuller then usual this afternoon :)

I would say don't use the vigorous swimming option just go with leisurely swim to get a more accurate calorie burn number. I know it may feel vigorous to you, but I think they mean the kind of swimming a competitive swimmer would do when they are doing like 3 hours plus of training a day.

I like to have a little bit of peter's light vanilla with fresh strawberries sliced on top with a small amount of chocolate syrup. It's a pretty tasty treat to have every now & then, but I probably have it more then I should :tongue:
